Aligned Management specialises in commercial refurbishment and fitout. With a combined experience of over 40 years in the construction and refurbishment industry, our diverse expertise spans across commercial & government sectors.
Projects include commercial offices, education facilities, aged-care, medical precincts and government organisations. Led by Managing Directors Peter Hayes and Craig Dickson we are dedicated to achieving consistently high outcomes for our clients.

Craig Dickson | Partner
Craig offers more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the building industry, including 10 years as a highly experienced Construction Manager in large scale commercial fitouts and refurbishments.
Projects with major clients include USYD, Becton, major financial institutions including Westpac, ANZ and St George, Department of Education Queensland and New South Wales, State Police Departments and other Government agencies.
PETER HAYES | PARTNER
With over 20 years’ experience in the fitout industry, Peter has successfully delivered a vast number of projects for corporate clients along the Eastern seaboard. Clients include: Westpac, Mitsubishi, Fitness First, Clayton Utz, McDonald's, Benevolent Society and Local, State and Federal Government organisations.
A vast construction knowledge supported by very strong commercial skills allows Peter to focus on the key deliverables expected by all clients whilst also creating an environment for continuous improvement and innovation.
